By accessing or using BYTABLE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Bloodstone Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
BYTABLE is a cloud-based restaurant management platform providing reservation management, guest CRM, marketing automation, loyalty programmes, online ordering, review management, analytics, and related tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Each restaurant location requires its own subscription.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; transmit spam, malware, or harmful content; attempt to access other users' data; reverse engineer or decompile the Service; use the Service to send unsolicited marketing emails without proper consent from recipients; or resell access to the Service without written permission.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including restaurant information, guest records, and content. We retain ownership of the Service, its design, code, and intellectual property. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to process your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Free tier: Available during our beta period with usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
We act as a data processor for guest data collected through our platform. You (the restaurant) are the data controller. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal basis and consent for collecting and processing guest data. We will process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is available upon request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination: your access to the Service will cease; we will retain your data for 90 days to allow export; after 90 days, data will be permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
